The short version: we collect only what we need to fill and support your order. We never see your full card number, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email, shipping address, and your answers about your car, your ECU model and who manages your tune.
- Payment: handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you visit the site: basic, anonymous visit statistics, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors found us. If we run ads, our ad partners (such as Meta) may use cookies to measure them.
- When you email us: whatever you choose to send.
How we use it
- To build, ship and support your kit, and to confirm it fits your ECU.
- To email you about your order, shipping, and important product updates.
- To understand how people find and use the site so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run TapDash: Stripe (payments), shipping carriers (delivery), and our website and email providers. We never sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them to support your kit and meet tax and accounting rules.
Your choices
Email info@tapdash.tech anytime to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop non-order emails.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
