Refunds & guarantee
Effective September 2026
The short version: cancel anytime before your kit ships for a full refund. After it arrives, you have 90 days to send it back for a full refund, and we pay return shipping.
Cancelling a pre-order
You can cancel anytime before your kit ships. Email info@tapdash.tech with your name and order email, and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.
If your order is delayed
Pre-orders ship in 4 to 8 weeks. If we can't ship within that time, we'll email you before it runs out with a new ship date, and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
90-day money-back guarantee
If you don't love TapDash, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Email info@tapdash.tech and we'll send you a prepaid return label.
- Send back everything that came in the box: the bridge, the display, the mount, the case, the charger and cable, and the visor.
- Items must be returned undamaged. Normal handling and installation are fine.
- We refund your full purchase price to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.
Damaged or missing items
If anything arrives damaged or missing, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.
